"Het uitzicht is fantastisch, het ontbijt is goed (heerlijk romige yoghurt) en het personeel is ontzettend aardig en bereid je overal mee te helpen. Het uitzicht vanaf het gezamenlijke terras en het balkon van de kamer is fantastisch."

Dat is op zich niet erg, maar er hing bijvoorbeeld alleen een lichtpeertje aan het plafond (geen lampenkap), terwijl het een kleine moeite is zoiets op te hangen en een beetje sfeer in de kamer te brengen. De douche werd alleen warm als ook de warme kraan van de wastafel aan stond."

"While I booked a room with a view towards the sea, when I arrived I was initially given a room on the back of the house. The friendly and helpful staff kindly fixed this when I pointed it out. Both the shower and the sink had serious drainage issues. No warm water. (Although the cold water isnt very cold at all.)"

"I was collected at the port, brought to the hotel, and given a warm welcome. Breakfast was great, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel owner invited me, as a solo traveller, to join him and his wife, her sister and brother-in-law, and a family friend on a day out that included a walk to Faja d'Agua and lunch with them. I was very touched by such a kind gesture it made for an exceptional stay on Brava island. I appreciated this so much."
