"Het hotel is goed onderhouden en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je voelt je meteen welkom als je de lobby inloopt Ook is het erg fijn dat ze goed engels spreken. Locatie is ook mooi in een fijne, ruime wijk. Vanaf het hotel zit je met ongeveer 20 minuten in het centrum met de metro of taxi. Rondom zijn ook genoeg eetgelegenheden en een metrostation aan het einde van de straat. Het onbijt van de hotel is ook top en super uitgebreid."

"When I checked in, no one told me where the breakfast was being served, what were the opening and closing times for the restaurants. I figured it out by looking at the instructions in the elevators. Also, it might help if we can pay in us dollars or euros."
