"Location which is abutting the IFC mall with direct access to Lujiazui station, the mall had a supermarket, some staff spoke English, FF&E of the hotel, very well maintained FF & E. I was in IFC in 2016. When I stay there in Dec 2025 until Jan 2026, the state of the original FF & E had my jaw dropped.. Extremely well maintained."

"Most staff still do not speak English. After 10 years, very little effort given to staff ability to speak English. Needs to be more efficient with Tabao delivery. Two of my items found after I left Shanghai and 1 item was never found. Just needs to have a better delivery system for Tabao items. Offering Muslims menu is something IFC must implement and no longer ignore. So many Arab guests and myself are Muslims. One AC in main bedroom remained as heater even though I had set to cooling at 20 deg C. A technician came but situation remains the same. Time to diagnose the condition and repair if must. Full height mirror should be provided in living room or to save cost, provide at all lift lobbies."

"The rooms are spacious, comfortable and has washing machine so we can do our laundry easily. The hotel's location is good too, as it is linked to the ifc mall and is beside the train station. It is also walking distance to the riverside."

"I feel relaxed in IFC due to atmosphere, furniture, friendly staff, perfect location and cozy rooms. IFC luxury mall is underneath and more affordable Super Brand Store across the road. Tallest skyscrapers next door as well as TV tower. You can access Old Town through underground sightseeing tunnel behind TV tower."

"The breakfast can be a little bit more interesting, also USB port in TV is always blocked and this is meaningless local TV without any options to connect own devices."
