"Handdoeken waren niet inbegrepen en moesten we voor bijbetalen, dat was raar. Er was geen chauffage op de kamer, dus we moesten de deur laten openstaan om op te warmen. Dunne muren met slechte geluidsisolatie, maar ‘s nachts was het wel stil."

"Nico was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat around town. Very understanding when we had to cancel our tour at the last minute. The rooms & common areas are kept clean and warm. Midnight was adorable, loves getting pats no matter the time. Good hostel vibe for travellers who want to meet people Great location. It's easy to get to all the bus stops and high street. Good deal for the price."

"Great communal space both indoor and outdoor with hammocks , so easy to socialise. Staff and the host were really friendly and helpful, actually make an effort to chat to you. Great kitchen with free herbs, spices salt etc - well equipped too. Room has large lockers which was good and bed was pretty comfy. Location is great, we would recommend this hostel. And can't forget to mention the lovely dog Midnight!"

"Bathroom was small and could do with more hooks to hang clothing etc. The room may need a bit of upkeep, for example the bed was comfortable but only one out of two of my plug sockets worked and the curtains were falling a part. Also bit weird the ladders weren't attached to beds and were almost shared amongst people on top bunks."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant and really close to the town centre. The shuttle bus from the airport also dropped us off outside the hostel! The hostel itself was really lovely and had a really community vibe- lots of seated areas outside with people chatting about the places they explored that day. . There were also good facilities inside for cooking and a dining table to eat at. The hostel also runs tours to different places around Pucon. We stayed for a week in a private room and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends."

"Only slight issue was that the hostel is cash only which wasn't made clear but the staff gave us a couple of days to go to the ATM and take the pesos out. It wasn't an issue when we arrived but would have been helpful to know beforehand."
