"De dagelijkse schoonmask was niet goed. Er wordt slecht gestofd, en helemaal niet gezogen. Informatie personeel over activiteiten was suboptimaal. Je kunt geen thee maken op de kamer en er zijn slechts sporadisch caffeinevrije koffiecups."

"The hotel is located on top of a hill just a 5 minute drive from Gstaad with excellent light/sun exposure. The staff made everything they could to accommodate our requests as well as the children's. On Saturday and Sunday the atmosphere at the lobby was excellent due to the live DJ. We plan to return a third time when we can. We highly recommend the hotel"
