"Voor de betaalde prijs was de kamer veel te klein. De ruimte viel ons erg tegen. Tafeltje en twee stoelen stonden vlak na binnenkomst. Niet verstandig in verband met de brandveiligheid."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived the hotel at 8am in the morning and the staff still allowed me to check-in. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Nice bed and powerful showerhead. Perfect location right next to Zurich HB."

"WiFi is sometimes unstable. Breakfast is fair, not many choices for the buffet. There are some refurbishment works in the hotel but I guess it's temporary, not a big deal. Everything else is perfect."

"It’s not very sound insulated, you hear every noise in the hallway - there was some works taking place outside my room (only during the day so not too bad)"
