"Rustig gelegen aan het meer en dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Treinstation op redelijke loop afstand. Goede mogelijkheden om de hond uit te laten."

"Parkeren bij het hotel was niet mogelijk en erg duur. Geen ontbijt gebruikt want veel te duur."

"Wat werden we hartelijk ontvangen. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het hotel ligt op een leuke plek aan het meer van Neuchatel en je loopt zo naar het haventje. De binnenstad is op loopafstand. Het hotel biedt zelf weinig parkeergelegenheid maar we werden gewezen op een p-plaats aan het meer net voor het hotel. We hebben onze auto daar veilig kunnen parkeren voor EUR 15 voor twee dagen. Aanrader dit hotel."

"Van het begin werd ik zeer vriendelijk onthaalt door Danny. Ik had direct een goeie band en een goed persoonlijk gesprek. De lobby is zeer proper, de trapleuning is verwarmd en verlicht. De kamers zijn fenomenaal. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt op bed als je dit wenst. En uitgebreid ontbijt! Bar op het topverdiep is van echte klasse. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Meer dan zijn geld waard. Ook wil ik Boris zéker nog bedanken om alles te doen waartoe hij in staat is. Zo goed te zorgen voor onze hond en echt familiair om te gaan met de klanten. Diep respect!"

"I stayed at the same hotel years ago. This time it amazed me with it’s renovated look, with modern design, stylish. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The hotel staff is proactive and kind. On my request to stay in a confortable room I have received an upgrade to executive level that totally exceed my expectations. The room was beautiful with stunning view to the lake and city, with a terrace, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed."

"It was a great place to stay and the location was perfect for Neuchâtel. It was easy to get to and from the train station too. The rooms were ultra clean and the breakfast buffet was incredible."

"It was a wonderful stay! Ana was a first person that I met in the hotel. She likes a gentle breeze to set me so comfortable although the room was not ready! With her arrangement that my room was so wonderful! Only problem was I didn’t arrange myself to stay more! Definitely I will return to this hotel! It makes me so fantastic felling and my mind is so soft! Goodbye my nice hotel! Goodbye my nice city! Goodbye Ana! Definitely I will return to stay in my room and see you Ana!"

"We had a beautifully well appointed room on the second floor overlooking the lake and looking towards the High Alps and the Jungfrau. The marina is adjacent the hotel so you can sit having lunch as we did while watching the comings and goings of the various yachts and boats. The rooftop terrace is well shaded from the sun and has a range of cocktails and snacks on offer. The art museum is right opposite the hotel and it’s an easy walk to other attractions. Car parking is easy and convenient. I must mention the staff who were all unfailingly pleasant, helpful, polite and obliging. They made us feel incredibly welcome. I hope to return for longer next time!"

"The only thing I can think of is it would be nice if the hotel had its own car park, but this is a minor criticism. The nearby car park is €1 per hour at the time of writing, but free on Sundays. Do look out for the dropped kerb if you’re driving in front of the hotel!"
