Het door een familie beheerde Alpenhof ligt direct aan de skipiste, op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het centrum van Grindelwald en het treinstation. De slaapvertrekken en suites hebben allemaal een balkon of terras en zijn bereikbaar met de lift. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. Ze zijn allemaal voorzien van een hd-tv, een radio, een telefoon, een minibar, een koffiezetapparaat en een badkamer met een haardroger en een douche of bad. "It’s a little bit of a steeper walk from town (especially if you have luggage) and the roads can be a little slippery when it’s cold, a lift up and down would be better suited if you have some troubles with mobility. Otherwise good, and with the steeper walk up comes a better view out ☺️"
