"I checked in xmas eve night, staff super friendly from front desk, to cleaner to security guard! Hotel great location for what i needed. A good professional service."

"We have stayed at the Matrix Hotel before, and I mentioned how I enjoyed the welcome cocktail we had had in the past. When asked why we were visiting the city I commented it was my 65th Birthday and we were going out for a nice supper with 3 other couples and then to see a show. Friends also booked the hotel. To our surprise, there was a bottle of red wine and chocolates left in our room. Such a nice tough, we will book again."

"This hotel is lovely. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, the room was cozy, well appointed and sound proofed, and the lication is fantastic. The lobby this time of year looks like a postcard. The fireplace, Christmas tree.... so cozy."

"Parking is not heated and it was very frigid. Not really their fault.... parking at a premium. Honestly, no other complaints. Loved this hotel and will be back!!!!"
