"Hotel was meteen bij aankomst in Challapampa te vinden en ik kreeg de mooiste kamer die je kunt bedenken. Een raam met uitzicht op de bergen en een met zicht op het meer. Het was wakker worden bij opkomende zon. Lekkere vis gegeten in het restaurant en prima ontbijt volgende ochtend. En heel vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel."

"De deken op het bed was wel erg zwaar met een nogal dikke rand bij de keel."

"What an amazing stay at Willka Uta! We caught a boat to the south side of the island in the morning and walked the length of Isla del Sol and arrived here late afternoon for the night. Lovely hot shower, warm blankets, amazing food (must try the trout) in the restaurant downstairs and the family were so friendly. The views from the room are fantastic and another bonus is that the property is right next to the dock where the boats leave so it was very easy the following morning to return back to Copacabana! Definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed 😊"

"The staff were wonderful, always available and answered my questions. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot, which I appreciated after a day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious, and overlooking the bay. I realised it was a bit more expensive than other options in town, but I wanted the breakfast included; money well spent all round."

"Incredible view to the Lake and mountains. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious."

"I would suggest to add a curtain for the shower to prevent the whole bathroom getting wet."

"Lovely hostel on Isla del Sol run by a charming family. Hostel is perfectly located at the north end of the island for exploring the whole island and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. The room was comfortable and had all we needed and the view from the terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was really good with excellent coffee, juice, eggs and bread and the food served for lunch and dinner was really good as well. We would definitely return here if we ever got the opportunity."

"Such a calm and lovely place. Willka Uta is located right by the pier. You have amazing lakeview and the North of the Island del Sol is beautiful. The family that runs the hotel is super nice, they went the extra mile. Great breakfast, the rooms are pretty, hot water in shower, comfy bed. Sincere recommendation, we had a great time!"
