"Wauw! By far 1 van de mooiste plekjes ooit! Idyllisch huisje met kacheltje, schoon, keukentje met zout/peper/olie thee en koffie. Lekker bed, goede waterdruk, ons huisje had hangmatten en het uitzicht was fenomenaal! Vriendelijke mensen, alpacas, goed restaurant La Cupula naast de accommodatie. Het voelde als een Boliviaanse hobbit huisje met schitterende blauwe glas in lood ramen. We moesten helaas na 1 nachtje alweer door maar wat was ik hier graag langer gebleven!!"

"We hadden niet zo goed naar de exacte lokatie gekeken en hadden geen internet toen we op zoek gingen. Sultan Suites stond nergens aangegeven en niemand leek het te kennen. Toen ik wel wifi had geregeld bij een ander hotel kon ik het niet vinden op Google maps. Goed om te weten dat Sultan Suites een onderdeel is van Las Olas dus die kant moet je op en ook daar is de receptie ;)"

"One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in across Bolivia. The staff were super hospitable and made us feel at home. The open fires in the room is a really nice touch that makes the room feel very cozy. They can also store your big luggage if you travel to Isla del Sol which is very helpful as it’s best to pack light. Would highly recommend staying here while you’re in Copacabana."

"The room was great, amazing view of the town. They have shared kitchen facilities and allowed be to keep my large bag in a locker for two nights whilst I was in Isla de Sol. Really lovely and helpful staff."

"I cannot recommend this hotel more! Amazing location in the shore of Lake Titicaca with the best views. The cabins were comfy and well equipped with hammocks and outdoor furniture to enjoy the views too. We were warm and cosy through the night but there's also the open to have the log burner switched on, and hot water bottles are provided too. The shower was great and we loved that shampoo and conditioner was provided by request. The staff are all very friendly, especially the owner who made us feel so welcome. There is a 'common room" area with cooking facilities, drinking water, kettle etc - great place to chill after check out. There's even alpacas on site!"

"Sultan Suites is out of this world! Such a fantastic quirky place to stay. The staff were great, carried our bags to our room. Each suite is individual, ours had a hot tub bath in the room which didn't work very well but also had an amazing shower. Bed was very comfortable. Wood burning stove which the staff came and set and lit for you every night and stocked up the wood basket for you. Common room to hang out in which we used for a good few hours after check out and places to sit and enjoy the incredible view. Unlimited drinking water provided which is uncommon in South America. You have your own hammocks and chairs outside your room. The walk from town is steep (get a taxi for basically no money when you arrive with your luggage but fine for walking back and forth, we were worried about this from other reviews but it was fine if you take your time and are acclimatised. Games and books available for use at reception and they organise a taxi for you when you leave."

"Would have loved to have breakfast available here but they had a kitchen set up in the room if you have your own food and there is a cafe restaurant next door which makes for very easy food availability."
