"The apartment has everything you need - laundry, well equipped kitchen, extra blankets, heaters, hot shower with soap and towels. The neighbourhood felt safe at all times of day. Juan is an excellent communicator and housekeeper. When there was a technical issue with the hot water, he had it fixed the same day and issued a discount. We would highly recommend this place to stay!"

"The home is a little far from the city centre - about a 25 min walk, but we were happy to do so and explore. It may be harder for someone with mobility issues or adjusting to altitude. On the plus side it is very near mirador kili kili if you want some gorgeous views of the city."

"Clean, spacious flat. Good location near supermarket and teleférico. The owner put us in contact with taxi driver Esteban who was so friendly and helpful, minded our luggage on our last day. Cold at night (February) but heaters available."

"I really loved my stay here.. a very quiet neighbourhood.. close to the white Telefonica line and supermarket. Very friendly people in the block. The apartment is very well appointed ted the kitchen has a lot of equipment and it was also handy having a utility area for clothes washing. The owner is extremely helpful.. good communication..excellent value for money.would recommend highly."

"Very clean and comfortable, lovely shower in the bathroom. The apartment building feels very safe and is in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to the white line of the teleférico."

"No fault of the apartment itself, but there are a lot of dogs in the backyards below the building and, annoyingly, they bark all night long."
