"Sfeervol, kleinschalig. Receptionist/kelner/gastheer zorgde voor goede ontvangst. We troffen het: geen groepen (UK) want die kunnen erg sfeerbepalend zijn hoorden we. Prima gegeten in het restaurant beneden (alleen per lift bereikbaar). Gezellige lounge het knapperende open haard, biljard en gezellige mede-gasten. Altijd gratis thee bij receptie. En goede ligging; weg van de kermis die Borovets is, maar met één sluippad door de bosrand was je bijna direct bij de lift. 😊"
