"The hotel was a nice surprise! Great location - 5 min walk from the center of Bansko. Whole Bansko is blue parking zone - so parking is paid, approx 8 EURO per day. The room was nice and clean! It smelled "clean" and I loved it. We were 3 people in a 2+1 room with a balcony overlooking tha back garden. It was quiet. There was coffee included (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) and a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very nice, not a great variaty (totally normal since it is not a big hotel) but everything I ate was fresh and delicious. The kids also approved it. Beverages such as water, juice, ice tea were included both at breakfast and at dinner - this is a great hotel management decision! There is a big pool - temperature is good for swimmers and not so good for people that want to stay in the water and only "float" :-D. The pool had kids section too - water was slightly hoter."

His commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests is admirable. He's always ready to help and advise on how to best spend time. The rooms are kept clean. Comfortable beds and soft bedding provide a perfect rest after a day full of experiences. Villa Filip is a place that certainly deserves the highest ratings. Not only because of its location and the beauty of the surroundings but most importantly, thanks to the people who create its unique atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking for a special place."

"The food was great! The Turkish chef is a special person! one of the evenings there was no more white wine at the bar, I praised the cooked food and told him it was a shame that those who manage the hotel did not rise to his level... He asked me what was bothering me, I told him that I used to drink white wine in the evening, but unfortunately it's not anymore... He left muttering something in Turkish and came to our table with white wine... A special man!"

"De kamers waren zeer royaal en comfortabel met een mooi balkon. Goede bedden en ruime badkamer. Fijn zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het middag en avondbuffet was op zich ook prima, maar alles, zoals vlees en vis stond in au bain marie klaar. Hierdoor was het soms verpieterd. De service van het personeel was perfect, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het waren vnl. mensen uit Azië, vooral veel uit Bali. De Balinese massage is een aanrader."
