"The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location, few minutes walk to the Rila Monastery. It made it very easy for us to avoid the crowds and visit the monastery in the late afternoon. Highly recommend."

"Lady at the reception was really helpful. She explained a lot where to go hiking and when to visit the monastery. Reception is nicely renovated, it is clean and has quite a nice spa. We didn’t ask for the sauna, so only one was working, but later when we were talking in the reception, she said you need to tell you'd like to use sauna and she would activate them. We were nicely surprised about the place."
"The road to the resort is a bit bad and there are no proper signs, so we didn’t know if we need to go left or right at the fork (it is right). The bathroom needs renovation, but we had everything we needed and it was clean."
