"Het complete appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Uitzicht balkon was mooi, slaapkamer, keuken en woonkamer waren goed. De ligging was goed."

"Het aantal handdoeken voor het douchen zouden er wat meer mogen zijn en niet 1 per persoon in de 2 dagen, dat is wat weinig."

"Jammer van veel hotelkamers dat de airco recht op het bed staat gericht. Daardoor niet fijne koude luchtstroom op je hoofd. Dat is hier helaas ook het geval."

"Spacious room, kettle in the kitchen, walk to town, restaurants and beach."

"The groundsman was not very customer focused; playing music, putting the pool out of order for hours of the day while he put chemicals into it and then blowing imaginary leaves around with a loud diesel leaf blower that choked those of us sat by the pool. All of the other staff were lovely but he just needs a reminder that he is in the hospitality business and a nice, quiet push broom for that small amount of property will certainly handle the leaves."

"The hotel was lovely and quiet. We had room 9 upstairs which had a lovely balcony to sit and relax with morning coffee and was very private. The welcome pack was also very helpful as we arrived late."

"Cheerful, helpful staff. Very clean rooms, well tended grounds and pool, away from the crowds, it feels like the team here care for their property and customers. The pool furniture is very good quality and there was always space and availability of a lounger and parasols when it gets hot. Very much appreciated and used was the membership of the Beach House Club by the beach. This too is very well maintained and has great facilities including good showers and loungers with shade if needed. It is also close to the supermarket which is useful, as the Palm resort is a fair walk (in the heat of the day) from the centre of shopping. There are basic provisions for sale in the hotel lobby if needed."

"If there was a small bar offering cool drinks that would make it perfect. Otherwise, we were very impressed with the place."
