Enige is het ontbreken van een koffieapparaat en kurkentrekker (verder is alles er) - bed is aan de korrelachtig voor personen van 2 meter

De verschillende eigenaar ( ik denk een groot gezin) zijn moeilijk te vinden... dus geen permanente receptie. Na een 5 dagen verblijf wist de eigenares nog steeds niet wat te vertellen. Zelfs vertrokken zonder enige dankbaarheid te tonen... maar dit doet niet af aan de prijs/ kwaliteit aanbieding.

"Het is schoon, netjes en ruim. Gewoon een fijne plek om even te verblijven en te werken. Er is wat rijst, brood, water, eieren en tonijn beschikbaar voor de eerste behoefte. Dit was echt fijn aangezien we laat op de dag aankwamen. Het is ook erg rustig in de nacht. Alice (en ook Zima) zijn oprecht heel erg aardig en helpen je met alles. Een echte aanrader."

De prijs is best wel hoog. Maar er zijn ook niet veel alternatieven in Honiara waar je dit krijgt en zelfvoorzienend bent. Als je in het centrum wilt zijn is het wel wat ver weg. Maar je kan naar de bushalte lopen of een taxi regelen. Voor ons geen probleem.

Took a little time for hot water from gas heater into shower.

"Het apartment was zeer ruim (60m2) en voorzien van veel keukenapparatuur. Onze Genius3 kwalificatie gaf een fantastische upgrade naar een luxe apartement"

Het regende bij aankomst waardoor helaas onze 18 holes pitch and putt wedstrijd hier op het terrein niet door kon gaan.

"Apartmány nad Otavou Huge apartment in a very good price. Note that google maps will bring you to a police station, the apartment entrance will be at the left side of police station building. Pros ==== • Excellent location • Reasonable price • Good value for money • Free parking • Clean apartment • Clean linens • Very large apartment • Comfortable beds • Good service • Kitchenette • Lots of electrical outlets in the rooms • Electric kettle • Fridge • Pleasant bathroom • Night lights by the beds"

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

"Nice room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette connected to main house but separate entrance. Good option if you want to surf Playa Colorados - 15 min walk or less by bicycle. The host Eric is friendly and hospitable."

"Mooi schoon app. Met prachtig terras en uitzicht op haven. Dichtbij klein strandje, prima. Uiteindelijk zijn we naar Goverments Beach gegaan 15 min rijden. Heel mooi. Airco erg goed."

Dorpje beetje saai. Paar restaurants. Wilde 1x zelf simpel koken was er maar 1 pan en een kleine koekenpan. Lastig. Bed erg klein jammer. En de slaapkamer was niet goed te verduisteren waardoor ik vroeg wakker wordt.

"The host was super nice, she even helped me out to find locations in the city, the house was very clean, quiet and comfy. I would totally recommend it to everyone, i also want to mention that the house is historical. Would totally come back❤️❤️"

"This tiny "Nook" was delightful - especially the huge wet room with bath and picture window overlooking Arthur's Pass railway. A peaceful location and super comfy."

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

Genuine village stay

"Het is een mooi aangelegd, rustig park. De huisjes zijn comfortabel en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is fijn en overzichtelijk. Dit geldt voor t hele park dus ideaal voor jonge gezinnen. Ontbijt en dinner was inclusief en van prima kwaliteit."

Het park is nu zeven jaar oud. Er is her en der wat onderhoud nodig dat zie je zo nu en dan.

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"Das Haus war sehr schön dekoriert, voll ausgestattet, sauber. Preis war top für die ganze Ausstattung. Eine Wäscherei war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Check-in lief reibungslos."

Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

"The two hosts of the Appartement Hotel are very accommodating and helpful! The location is great, the roof terrace wonderful. We didn't get the apartment which first booked, but two at no extra charge. At first I was skeptical about the change, but the two hosts communicated this honestly and transparently."

We had two apartments, one was quiet, the other had the windows on the side with various bars, this was a bit noisy. It should be noted that this is a busy old and nice town area.
