Opera Suite Hotel

"Goede locatie, dichtbij de Opera, omringd met goede restaurants en cafes, eigen restaurant van het hotel heeft ruime keuze en een fantastische uitzicht. Wij hadden ook een mooie uitzicht vanuit onze raam. Ons kamer was groot en er ontbrak ons aan niets. Wij hadden een kleine koelkast met diepvries. Strijkplank met strijkijzer werd ons ter beschikking gesteld zonder moeite en extra kosten. Personeel was erg behulpzaam, er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, zelfs beddengoed werd dagelijks verschoond. Het hotel ziet er schoon en verzorgd uit en heeft een luxe uitstraling. De technische dienst werd zelfs in de nachturen ingezet als dat hoog nodig was, bijvoorbeeld om verwarming uit te zetten of het kluisje te openen."

"In de kamer was soms heel warm en soms heel koud, tijdens ons verblijf werden hiervoor werkzaamheden uitgevoerd en er werd verteld dat alle badkamers aan een nieuw systeem worden aangesloten. Wij zijn benieuwd naar de veranderingen voor de volgende keer, maar het was perfect."

"We loved this hotel. We had a big 10th floor suite overlooking the Cascade Complex, so the view was amazing! Great shower and big bed. Central heating. Free parking (recommend requesting in advance though as there aren't many spaces). Rooftop bar was nice."

"The music in the sky view bar was too loud considering we were the only people there, and the music didn't fit the vibe. The cocktails tasted like they didn't have much alcohol in. Because of this, we only had one drink here then left."

"The Opera Suite Hotel was a pleasant experience and has an amazing location, being only minutes from the cascade and of course the opera. The staff and reception are really kind and the rooms are very spacious, making the price worth it."

"We had multiple times that they forgot to give us new towels, but when calling the roomservice they dealt with it very well. Maybe having some extra glasses or cutlery without asking would be a nice addition."

"The room was clean and tidy, all new and working, yet cleaning could be a bit better. Prices in the rooftop restaurant are far too high - no need to eat there as there are numerous places just outside the hotel."

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment was spotless with a cozy atmosphere There were a couple of sofas and colorful chairs, which made the space even more comfortable Another big plus was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi I also asked for a quiet room, and the staff kindly arranged that for me It was a little noisy in the evening, but just a minor inconvenience overall"
