We had the chance to dine together with the hosts, taste traditional dishes, and experience genuine Armenian hospitality. The atmosphere was heartfelt, full of conversation and laughter. You simply can't come to Armenia and miss this family. ❤️"

"A wonderful place to stay for a few days. The staff is exceptional—truly welcoming, polite, and hospitable people. The room has everything you need: fast and reliable Wi-Fi, clean linens, air conditioning, and plenty of well-maintained power outlets. There is a quiet, cozy inner courtyard with tables, as well as a dining area with a kitchen and a microwave. The location is excellent: a grocery store is just around the corner, the city center is within walking distance, and the metro is only a 10-minute walk away."

"Josefin apartment is the perfect place for a family trip, it had everything we needed, all amenities as stated and it was very clean. Location was the best, everywhere is walkable even with small children. Its spacious and in a very safe building block with key card entry only. Hosts were very helpful and always answered immediately if we needed anything, also arranged us airport transfers for a small fee. Balcony offers a wonderful peaceful escape with a great view of mother Armenia and the ferris wheel at night. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope to see you again😊😊"

"A cozy castle in a very nice location. We really loved the garden and especially the view. This house is very comfortable, even in winter (floor-heating!), especially the seating corner with cushions along the windows, we spent most of our time sitting there! There's also a huge fireplace which we enjoyed a lot. Most of the beds were really good, only one single needs a new mattress. But I have slept better than in most unfamiliar beds. The sheets and pillows were perfect. The windows have bug screens (yay!) One our last day we had snow, added bonus for sure. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to try and resolve some of the smaller issues we ran into. Overall I highly recommend this place."

"Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Alles was zeer schoon en netjes, wat voor ons erg belangrijk is. Het eten was heerlijk en goed verzorgd, elke dag hebben we ervan genoten. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat wij ons echt welkom voelden. Wij willen ook graag een speciale dank geven aan receptiemedewerker Artur, die zeer professioneel en behulpzaam was. Barmannen David en Hacob waren super vriendelijk en zorgden altijd voor een fijne en gezellige sfeer. Manager Narine was ook ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar voor de gasten. Hun gastvrijheid maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Wij zijn zo tevreden dat wij het hotel voor maart, juni, september en december al opnieuw hebben geboekt. Wij kunnen niet wachten om weer terug te komen! Dit is een zeer gastvrij hotel waar je je echt thuis voelt. Absoluut een aanrader!"

"The apartment has everything you need. Very spacious. All appliances in the kitchen to cook. Warm, washing machine. There is an elevator in a building. Very cool area with a lot of cafes and restaurants and sightseeing points. And even parking. The host welcomed us. Checkout also smooth. Really recommend."
