"The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, and the price is fantastic for what you get. The breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are great, especially in winter — very cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast was good, but it starts a bit late for travellers at 9am. Location was excellent - close to the town centre and next door the Roman spa. Good restaurant , sauna and swimming pool available - to rest and enjoy facilities while waiting for early morning flight"

"-The floor of my room was not cleaned properly (there was dust and hair on the floor) -My room (Nr.112) was beside toilent in ground floor and I coulf hear the door noise whenever someone used the toilet -My bathroom was very smelly -There was a window beside my bed that was toward ground floor hall, unfortunately i could not sleep well because of the light behind the window -If you have a big suticase, it is difficult to carry your stuff to the lobby, because there is only stairs"

"Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Small but cosy « economic » room, with a single bed at upper floor. It is nice, should you do not have vertigo when climbing the very high ladder with narrow steps ! Good breakfast in a large room with distinguished decoration. Well located, with bars & restaurants around."

"The alleyway to the room is dark and has no proper lighting. The room at the upper floor has a huge transparent window and might see you from the outside. Noisy at night due to cars from the street but tolerable"

"Araks Hotel Complex is located in a great part of Gyumri, just steps away from Abovyan Street and Vartanants Square. I booked one of the suites so I would have plenty of space to work and relax. The rooms were huge and nicely furnished. The room and the hotel in general are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was sufficient and free parking was provided in a parking garage. The staff, especially Ara, were polite and attentive. Overall it was a great stay."

"Just a suggestion....I would have appreciated more than one trash can and an electric kettle to heat water for tea/coffee would have been a real bonus. Just a friendly suggestion as the hotel is beautiful!"
