"Overall was a great experience. Dining area and the food were exceptional. Alda at the spa, the best. Very helpful and kind. We had a very good time at the indoor pool and she managed to make our experience better. Room was ok, very clean and nice view. All the necessary things were in the room."

"Breakfast area It was a bit messy, there were too many people, and i think they needed better organization. Staff tried their best but still, maybe they needed more staf or a bigger place. Food was ok though."

"The staff were excellent. From the reception to the A la carte staff were exceptional. The hotel was clean and had nice meals for their breakfast and dinner. The room was also lovely and had our sheets changed daily."

"The spa facility was my least favourite. The indoor pool was too deep compared to other pools where you had a shallow and deep end but this was different. The hot tub and steam room weren't working as well. Also noticed sometimes at night, there wasn't water flowing in our room."
