Vila REXHAJ

"Nice little villa with near the beach. Restaurants and markets nearby"

"The location is very good and easy access to the beach. the owners are very friendly and easy to contact and respond to any inquiry you may have. the house has a garden as well as a parking area which is difficult to find in Ksamil. You can access the center and all other locations between 10 - 15 min walk."

"There is only one air conditioner in all the space located at the top of the bedroom which is difficult to keep it running during the night as it bothers you while sleeping. you can open the windows though which ore covered with mosquito nets."

Parcheggio comodissimo all'interno del cortile.

"Dva apartmány se sdílenou zahradu. Gril nepoužitelný,leda by jste ho chtěli čistit celý den... Blízko pláže, obchodům s potravinami, barům a restauracím . Soukromí a klid od okolního prostředí naprosto perfektní.

"The vila Rexhaj is the most beautiful vila in this region. It was the 5 th time to be in Ksamil. I highly recommended this vila. Maybe we will come again in future"

"Maybe one more clima device in the living room"
