"Enorm vriendelijke eigenaren die echt hun best doen om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Wij kozen voor het onbijt van 6 euro, dit was een heerlijk vers ontbijt met veel keuze (zelfs taart om mee te nemen). Je hoefde de weg maar over te steken en je zat al aan het strand. Wasrekje op het balkon was ook erg handig."

"Is helaas enorm gehoorig in het hotel. Een veger en blik op de kamer zou ook fijn zijn aangezien je toch best veel zand mee nam van het strand en je kamer er snel onderzat. Wij hadden één kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, maar keken vooral tegen een ander gebouw aan."

"The owners are the nicest people!! It was just such a lovely atmosphere. The location is just steps away from the beach. There are also many restaurants around. Just 10 min or so down the road are some really great ones. The room is large, clean and we had a partial view of the sea from the balcony! The breakfast, for only 6 Euro, was delicious and filling. We had eggs, sausage, toast, a type of fried dough, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. Added bonus, there is an elevator! Parking also available on site. I will definitely come back here my next time in Himare!"

"We had a wonderful 2 days at Sunflower. The apartment was great, very clean and very convenient being only 1 min from the beach Parking on site was a bonus. The best part was the friendliness of the host who went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. Very good value and highly recommended."

"Himarë has 3 sections: 1. A crowded and noisy one with lots of restaurants and shops, 2. A quiet one with close to no shops and overpriced restaurants 3. And one in the middle - which was PERFECT for us. The owner is always smiling, extremely nice, helpful and friendly - a true golden soul. The room service is very polite and nice and they clean your room EVERY DAY :o. The parking has a lot of space to maneuver and is placed between two buildings."

"Everyone involved with Sunflower Guest house were SO helpful. From Niki, the owner messaging us in advance of our arrival that she couldn't be there to meet us, but telling us who would, to all the staff on site. Special mention goes to Nikki's mother, who made us coffee and cake in the morning after we told her we would be leaving before their normal breakfast times (she offered to make breakfast anyway) and was incredibly helpful when it looked like there might be complications in us settling our bill. We only stayed one night en route to Tirana, but I'd happily go back. It may not be the fanciest hotel, but it is well run, and literally one minute's walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, and ten minutes walk to the 'main strip' of Himare. Thank you everyone involved!"
