"De accommodatie ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's. Het is een comfortabel appartement met een lift naar de 2de etage. Het balkon is op het westen, waardoor je iedere avond van de zonsondergang kan genieten. Er zijn verschillende supermarkten op nog geen 100 meter van het appartement. De gastvrouw Katerina is super aardig en helpt je graag met welke vraag dan ook. Ze heeft voor ons o.a. een taxi naar de luchthaven geregeld."

"We had an amazing stay at this apartment! 🌟 The location is absolutely perfect – right on the beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and beach bars. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern. It has a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The large terrace overlooking the promenade and the beach was just wonderful, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. There are two bedrooms – one of them even has its own terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The bathroom is very spacious as well and comes with a washing machine, which was very convenient. Special thanks to the owner, Katerina, who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel right at home. 💙 We definitely plan to come back to this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay by the sea!"

"The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. We were greeted by the host who made sure we got our free parking place. She also recommended some very good and affordable places to eat. Comfortable beds, a washing machine and much-needed air conditioning. The view from the balcony is amazing."

"We had a wonderful stay! Keterina, the owner, gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies—one with a sea view and the other overlooking the pool. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and we appreciated having private parking. The location is great—close to clean, sandy beaches and a lovely seaside walkway. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended —we’d love to come back!"

"I had a great time staying at this Golem flat! Perfectly situated on the beach, the terrace offers breathtaking views of the ocean. In addition to being roomy and clean, the flat had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was even nicer than the pictures. I particularly valued the calm ambiance and the comfortable, contemporary décor. During my vacation, the host, was really helpful and friendly, and she was always there to help if I needed anything. This location seemed very much like home away from home, and I would highly suggest it to anyone searching for a tranquil beach vacation."

"Замечательные апартаменты, расположение напротив моря, красивый вид на закат с балкона. Екатерина, очень доброжелательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, всегда на связи по всем вопросам. В квартире есть оборудованная всем необходимым кухня, стиральная машина, 2 спальные комнаты (одна с балконом) и большая гостиная с видом на море. Также есть охраняемое парковочное место и консьерж. Пляж комфортный, можно арендовать лежаки и зонтики (мы были в конце сезона по стоимости в сезон нужно уточнять). Все находится в шаговой доступности -супермаркеты (именно несколько), аптека, бары и конечно рестораны с очень вкусной едой. Так же есть фруктово/овощные магазины. Рядом аренда watersport. Все было очень комфортно и главное уютно. Спасибо огромное!"

"Appartamento bellissimo e di enormi dimensioni; All'interno della struttura non manca nulla :-) , si possono trovare 2 comode stanze da letto, un bagno molto grande e un ampio salotto, il tutto climatizzato. L'appartamento offre una vista diretta sul mare visibile da entrambi i terrazzini presenti; Per il prezzo pagato direi che è un vero affare, non potevamo chiedere di meglio per la nostra esperienza a Durazzo. Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono trovare un ambiente pulito, confortevole e adatto totalmente al relax."

"Obwohl unser Flug zwei Stunden Verspätung hatte wurden wir sofort nach Ankunft am Haus empfangen. Uns wurde alles notwendige erklärt. Für den Aufzug gab es einen Transponder."

"Die Wohnung war einwandfrei. Da wir in der Vorsaison gebucht hatte, wurde in der Umgebung noch einiges für die Hauptsaison vorbereitet."

"Die Lage ist grandios, vom Balkon aus konnten wir direkt aufs Meer und den Strand schauen. Im Oktober war es angenehm ruhig und die Temperaturen optimal. Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu erreichen, und sie ist super freundlich."
