"De staat van het hotel is achterstallig. We hadden een kamer boven ventilatoren en airco units waardoor het leek alsof er continue een oude koelkast naast je oor stond"

"Het was echt een goed hotel. We voelden ons op ons gemak. En als we iets nodig hadden, stond het personeel voor ons klaar. Ze hebben onze activiteiten geregeld, plus Uber. Shahbaz, die de activiteiten voor mij en mijn familie regelde , is echt een topper. Moe, Caroline en Tanu van de receptie zijn vriendelijke dames. De kamers zijn wat aan de oude kant, maar voor de prijs kan ik ook niet zeuren. Sheik Rahim en Shahnawaz, schoonmaakploeg bij hun kan je goed terecht voor exstra spullen voor in de kamer, zoals water handdoeken, goede service. Ik heb verder niet veel te zeggen, het was goed en ze hebben echte aandacht voor je."

The staff at the restaurant were extremely courteous, and a special mention goes to Mr. Sibin, the Senior Captain. He was exceptionally well-mannered, attentive, and highly professional in his approach. He took the time to carefully understand our preferences and ensured that all our requirements were met, especially since we were very particular about vegetarian food. His recommendations were thoughtful, and his hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. His dedication to providing excellent service reflects the high standards maintained by the restaurant. The connectivity to the metro station was really close and spot on location."

"Perfect location, close to the red line metro, a fee supermarkets and a pharmacy. Very warm and welcoming attitude from the whole staff, they all took great care of us, may thanks to the reception ladies, especially Tanu Shipka with her friendly and humane manner, the guest relation officer Moe, who handled all our inquiries with competence and friendliness and who also kept in touch with us during our long and complicated trip back home, we are also very happy and thankful to the whole cleaning staff, especially our housekeeper Aman who did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy but also became a friend to us, the restaurant staff, the pool guy, the security guys... I cannot name everyone but every one of the staff is worth mentioning! Would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely come back myself!"

"Excellent location, 2 minutes away from the Red Line Metro Station, a big supermarket and a pharmacy in proximity, as well as a tech store (sim cards e.g.). Friendly and helpful staff, they solved all of our requests efficiently and professionally, which was of utmost importance as we were supposed to check out when the missile attack over Dubai took place and we needed to extend our stay a few times. A very good breakfast. Clean rooms, well-equipped. A nice swimming pool on the roof top, no need for preregistration and slots"

"We had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel with the taxi the first day, better to use the Al Maktoum Rd 24 address - then you reach it effortlessly"
