"The location is very quiet, good for those looking for a staycation, almost everything is available in a distance of 1 km, and this facility is having a good pool, small rooms with decent facilities , value for money, highly recommended for a staycation for adults (not recommended for groups /families with kids)"

"Safety, there is a small lobby /open area facing the water body (canal/lake), and there is no proper physical barrier, it should be properly fenced. at the moment extra care shall be taken while using this area, if you have kids it's totally not recommended. for adults it's okay but with extra caution"

"Location, near a supermarket, barber, everything you need. Including nice view of the marina along with a nice walk too. The staff running the booking service are very friendly and respectful, they care for your inquiries if you have an issue, everything was near perfect aside from the internet issue.
