Tudel ligt in een voetgangersgebied van Vivand, in het centrum van het winkel- en toeristische district Escaldes. Het werd opgericht in 1960 en is volledig gerenoveerd in 2002. "I rarely give a perfect 10 but this place was amazing. It was small but perfect for a solo traveller. Price was right, location was prime, staff was friendly and helpful, it was clean and there was a nice restaurant with a patio onsite. They let me keep my bags at the front desk for a few hours after I checked out, which was convenient and appreciated."

"De temperatuur. Ongeveer 10 graden lager dan in Andorra la Vella. Daar was het 36 graden. Het huisje was praktisch, maar eenvoudig. Goed genoeg voor het doel van het bezoeken van de geplande bezienswaardigheden."
