"De locatie is perfect: middenin het oude centrum en alles op loopafstand. Timur en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en laten je thuis voelen. Ze bereiden een geweldig uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt voor je elke ochtend en hij haalde ons op van het station. Het was een hele leuke ervaring om zo bij mensen thuis te slapen."
"De matrassen op de bedden zijn wat oud en het gordijn sluit niet helemaal goed."

"Het is een rustig gelegen familie guesthouse in het oude stadsdeel, toch dicht van het Registan. Er was een tafel met 2 stoelen in de kamer. Buiten in de patio was er gratis warm en koud water. De airco is verbazingwekkend stil. Het was erg netjes. Het typisch Uzbeekse ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en gevarieerd met verschillende soorten fruit, ei, lokaal gebak, ontbijtkoeken en brood met beleg. De patio heeft een schaduwdoek. De familieleden zijn heel open."
"De gordijnen waren net niet breed genoeg om de ramen volledig te bedekken. Voor lichtgevoelige personen raad ik aan een slaapbril mee te hebben."

"A great location with comfortable room and nice bathroom. Timur and his family were wonderful looking after us and answering any questions we had (sometimes in English, hand signs or google translate 😅) and served us amazing breakfast every day! Timur was flexible with our early arrival and departure and nothing was ever a problem. We felt very at home and would come back to stay here again if we are ever back in Samarkand!"

"We had the most pleasent stay at the guest house. Timur and his family were just the kindest and they treated us like family members. They expected us with tea, served us a very good breakfast and made sure we got our train in time. We even got a small breakfast take away since we had to leave at 5am. The guest house is located perfectly and is only a 5 minutes walk away from Registan. Highly recommended and the best accommodation we stayed in Usbekistan. Thanks Timur and family!"

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."
