"Een charmant boutique-hotel met een onovertroffen ligging, vlak naast het Lyab-i-Hauz, een parkachtig plein met grote vijver met teraasjes er omheen waar het aangenaam zitten is. Het hotel bestaat uit verschillende oude huizen die mooi zijn opgekanpt en gedecoreerd, en de inrichting van de ruime kamers is prachtig!. De kamers zijn comfotabel met goede bedden en een goede badkamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk!"

"Mooie ruime kamer met ruime moderne badkamer met inloopdouche. Kamer was heel sfeervol met authentieke inrichting. Kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Thee en water op de kamer. Eigenaar was zeer aardig en heel behulpzaam. Ontbijtbuffet was verzorgd en uitgebreid."

"De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamer was fantastisch. Wat een schitterende locatie. Het ontbijt was prima, veel vers fruit en yoghurt. Zelfs de koffie was uitstekend! Omdat we pas 's avonds laat een trein hadden, mochten we de hele dag nog in onze kamer blijven. Dat was het erg vriendelijk. Kortom, Emir hotel is fantastisch, de beste plek in Bukhara!"

"We loved the spacious room, which was full of character and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also large, clean and had plenty of hot water. The property itself is charming with its lovely courtyards. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect for sightseeing and easy access to the lively centre of town with lots of great restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful - we really appreciated them filling up our water bottles as we are avoiding using single-use plastic bottles to reduce our impact on the environment."

"It was unfortunate that they didn't pay attention to our request regarding the packed breakfast for our early morning train trip. We had requested some cheese, bread, and fruit and emphasised the need for it to be vegetarian. Instead, we had some sort of meat sandwiches, and everything was wrapped in clingfilm, including the hard-boiled eggs. We were unable to eat it. If it hadn't been for this mishap, we would have given the hotel 10/10."

"Emir is picturesque boutique hotel. The location is right in the heart of old city of Bukhara. It is beautiful and the staff is great. It was my birthday and I even got a special gift from the team. The breakfast is fabulous, even for a vegetarian like me they had ample options."
