"I wouldn’t book this as a solo female traveller as the area around can feel a bit intimidating if you are at all nervous. We were fine but i wouldn’t want to walk there by myself as not many people around after dark."

"Location is very close to the square. The breakfast room staff, the cleaning staff are very nice. The reception staff can speak Spanish only but the guy help us to take the luggage to the second floor. It’s a norm in Central America with most hotels don’t have lift and flexible shower head, just the fixed stand alone from the top."

Air conditioning, hot water, great renovated room with a comfy bed, t.v. with streaming services, all staff are very friendly and very professional. Front desk assisted with drivers and checked on our experience. English spoken at checkin with our bags brought to the room for us. By far, the nicest stay we had in El Salvador. Great restaurants within 7 to 10 minute leisurely walk. Osmond, thank you for your excellent attention to detail and sincere care. Restaurant on site with complimentary and tasty typical breakfast. Water amd cookies provided throughout the day at front desk."

"Everything was amazing. Only a suggestion, there is a beautiful rooftop area, I encourage the hotel to place a few tables or chairs on the rooftop for guest enjoyment, although it is clear it is used for events. Clean washrooms provided on rooftop"
