"The staff are approachable, great customer service and smiling."

"There is no shower rug, me and my friends almost slip. The hair conditioner pump is broken. The room is so warm and doesn't have anything to adjust."

"The breakfast is good, and the location is wonderful to the Kista business travelers."

"Amenities were very good, excellent breakfast. My room was upgraded as their system hadn't actually transferred all the info from booking.com, and we had to wait a little longer."

"Everything was so good 👍"

"I was delighted with the interaction with the reception staff (Naser and Aleksandra). They were very friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful. Naser is a 100/10 employee. He provided me with great support and showed great initiative in meeting my needs when making reservations and resolving issues during my stay."

"Very nice and good breakfast and close to the shopping"

"No complaints"

"It was great location. Less than five minutes walk to Metro station to get to anywhere. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel which has food court with diverse food varieties. Hotel is quite nice and comfortable. Have many facilities in the property. Staff is really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone."

"Exceptional customer service. Handled all my wishes: room from higher floor, sauna, good food even when kitchen was closed. Also the staff was very nice."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring. We appreciated having 24/7 access to the gym, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options—simple but satisfying for a good start to the day. Overall, a solid choice for both comfort and convenience."

"The only downside was the check-in experience. The receptionist who welcomed us didn’t have the most welcoming attitude, and we weren’t given any basic information about the hotel facilities, breakfast, or WiFi. A warmer and more informative reception would have made the experience much better."
