"De hotel eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk, ze kon mij goede restaurants aanraden maar ook lekkere typisch Portugese hapjes. Verder gaf ze me veel tips en was ze erg behulpzaam! Verder oogde de kamer schoon en netjes."

"Het enige wat echt tegenviel was dat het soms moeilijk was om een parkeerkplek te vinden in de buurt van het hotel. Ook was het krap parkeren. 5 minuten lopen is er wel genoeg plek. Verder was het jammer dat er geen koelkast/minibar is."

"It is very central but very quiet. You have everything in your periphery, the beach, the restaurants, the shop and the clubs. The room was surprisingly big and i got fresh towels and linens everyday."

"I wish they could provide the guests with shower soap and shampoo, and mini refrigerator to store cold drinks. But other than that, i like my stay here."

"Quaint little hotel, 10 minute walk to the beach. Clean & spacious rooms furnished with wood & AC, my room even had a bath! But most importantly, incredibly pleasant & helpful staff. Thank you very much. CJ"

"in general city od Portimão has a huge problem with the public bus transportation. Pay attention when organizing trips there. Sao Roque is close to bus station , but the public busses are never on time."

"I loved the place - it felt like you are traveling in time machine back to the 1990-s. So the interior design is very stylish based on this feeling. Senhora at reception was very nice."

"Very friendly and helpful owners. They were happy to give good recommendations about where to eat etc. Room had everything that I needed and the location was convenient for shops and snacks. I thought it was far from the bus station as shown on Google maps but there is an intercity bus station by the riverside which is quite close."

"It was all good except some of the plumbing was a bit noisy and I had the bad look that the person in the upstairs room left their toilet water running alll night which was difficult to sleep through. The flush system was unusual so it might be a good idea to put a sign clarifying that people need to make sure they manually stop the flush."
