Raiatea Bellevue

"Heel vriendelijke oudere man begroete ons. We ware veel te vroeg. Daar was niet op gerekend. Na overleg konden we blijven totdat de kamer klaar was. Wij zijn ontzettend bang vooor honden en zij hielpen bij het op afstand houden van de buurhonden (waarschijnlijk aardige honden, maar wij zijn bang voor alle grote honden in Frans Polynesië). De kamer was schoon, groot en de keuken perfect. De twee fans werken goed. klein zwembad perfecr om af te koelen. Uitzicht adembenemend mooi."

"Niets. Een auto is aan te bevelen. Taxis moet je bellen. Ze komen dan ongeveer 10 minuten te laat."

"really well equiped studio with possibilities to stay there for a longer time. The host is quick to help with anything. Raiatea is a really beautiful island and a great surprise, I loved it more than Bora bora! I would return and stay in the same place.. the view was great in the morning!"

"Indeed the fan-ventilator is the lowpoint, it gets hot without, or you struggle with the noise. The bed is surprisingly hard, however it is good for the back :) I would also add more light in all the room. The road towards the property is with holes, and make sure you know how to drive on a steep hill :)"

"The location was great - the roading situation takes a little to get used to but all-in-all it's doable. The people are SO FRIENDLY and helpful - it would help if I spoke better French but we all managed. There was no a/c but there were two electric fans that serviced the room, and TWO entry/exits - one with a very cooling breezeway through. There is a foot pool to help cool off in also. the view is stunning and it is walking distance to restaurants and the town - for well bodied people, no street lights tho so be prepared if u stay out after dark. The hosts are brilliant and there is plenty of information in the room for local taxi's and the Hosts will help organise tours - even upon arrival, ie no need to book prior to arrival - we actually paid too much for a pre-booked tour but c'est la vie. We would visit here again."

"Loved the hosts, so friendly, welcoming and informative. They really went out of their way to make our stay great, ordering taxis and helping with tours. Pool is a fabulous addition and a great way to cool off! Room was everything we needed and photos when booking were very accurate. Thank you :)"

"No air conditioning. This isn't a complaint as we knew this before booking it's just something to be aware of as we didn't realise how hot it would be The pool really helps in the heat though!"
