"Toplocatie tussen ADO busstation en centrum. Stijlvolle patio. Heel rustig slapen ondanks drukke buurt. Zeer goed onderhouden, wordt constant gepoetst. Aangenaam zwembad met restaurant. Personeel vriendelijk."

"Het is naast de ADO bus, en in het centrum. Dit is echt heel fijn! Het zwembad is heerlijk, wij hadden een kamer naast het zwembad - dat raad ik aan. Het ontbijt in het hotel is niets, ga vooral naar Encanto naast het hotel!!! Wat we jammer vinden is dat de receptie niet echt meedenkt. Een lijst met activiteiten of autohuur of prijzen van Cenotes zou handig zijn. Ze gaven wel antwoord op een vraag maar vaak wisten ze het ook niet. Het is schoon en een mooi koloniaal hotel."

"very friendly staff, we ended up staying 2 weeks. Front desk staff, especially the night lady took the time to teach us some Spanish. Everything was clean and well looked after. Pool was perfect. close to all the activities yet a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 4 door away, convenience store across the road, restaurants a few minutes away and within 20 minutes walk about 50 more restaurants. 7 minutes walk to the main square."

"The location was good, the pool/courtyard was very nice. The facility is older but majestic colonial experience. I lost my key and the staff was very supportive & fair in getting a replacement. Nice place, stayed an extra day since we liked it so well."
"Finding the parking lot in the rear of the building was a little tricky the first time but the parking lot was convenient to the hotel and secure. The courtyard restaurant was open on the weekend but seemed closed during the week. If the restaurant is closed, there w as no place to get a morning coffee without leaving the facility."

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "
