Het Citychalet bestaat uit 3 aparte chalets en ligt naast de rivier de Aare, op 300 m van het centrum van Interlaken. Elk appartement heeft een balkon of terras met gezicht op de tuin of het Jungfrau-massief. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. De ruime, rustiek ingerichte appartementen van het Citychalet beschikken over een hedendaagse keuken, een ruime woonkamer met kabel-tv, 2 badslaapvertrekken en een wasmachine. In de tuin zijn barbecuefaciliteiten beschikbaar. Er is gratis privébeveiligde garage bij de accommodatie. Er is een supermarkt naast de deur en het treinstation Interlaken West ligt op 500 m afstand.

"De ligging van de appartementen was niet gemakkelijk om te vinden, maar wel dicht bij het centrum. Je kunt er te voet naar toe."
"Op zich viel er weinig tegen. Het enige wat tegenviel is dat we geen enkele keer konden kennismaken met de verhuurders aangezien we nooit thuis waren op het moment ze bij ons langs gingen 😄."

"Great location. Lovely and warm inside. Good sized dining table for meals and games. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms and the ability to wash clothes! A good selection of beds and rooms."
"The shower head in the top bathroom was not working properly so did not disperse the water properly. Would be helpful to have the fridge turned on and ready to go when guests arrive. Would love to have some larger mugs for coffee and another asset of glasses too."

"The chalet was perfectly positioned for our groups stay which was for us to participate in the UTMB Eiger Run! It met all our needs for accommodation and locality to local transport to Grindelwald."

"What did I like? - EVERYTHING. There was nothing I could leave a bad feedback on. Every thing was absolutely exceptional starting from how the host had planned for our arrival, with name cards directing us to the cottage and welcome not on the main door. The property was big, clean, and comfortable. Nice kitchen, and bathrooms. Its very difficult to find 2 bathroom properties in Interlaken, this is one of them. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station, we walked with our suitcases and very elderly parents to the property. A grocery store is right next to the front gate of the property, Coop supermarket is just a few minutes walk, and a beautiful water stream runs right next to the property. The host Matt is excellent in his communication, and will make sure that you do not face any issues during your stay. Restaurants are right next door as well."
