"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"Het appartement is zeer groot en voldoet het aan alle verwachtingen zeer tevreden over het appartement."

Het ontbijt. Het is een schande om dit een ontbijt te noemen en daar 15 euro voor te betalen. 4 sneetjes (niet vers) brood met wat boter en konfituur en een klein brikje fruitsap. Dit kan je geen ontbijt noemen, zeer teleurstellend. Voor de rest is het appartement zeer groot en voldoet het aan alle verwachtingen zeer tevreden over het appartement.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"Ideale locatie, geweldige douche. Super fijn dat we een kleine keuken hadden, ideaal voor een ontbijt. Een rustige wijk, maar 10 minuten van het hartje centrum. Geweldig verblijf!"

De gordijnen waren moeilijk dicht te krijgen, maar geweldige accommodatie.

"Zeer goede service en bekwaam personeel. Altijd wel iemand die goed Engels spreekt. Erg schoon. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (zelfs een wasmachine met droogfunctie). Ligging is erg prettig. Buiten het meest toeristische gedeelte, maar alles op loopafstand (grotere supermarkt, metro, mooi rustig park). Bed ligt lekker en is groot genoeg (veel andere plekken waren het veel te kleine bedden). 24/7 koffie, thee, warme melk, water en kleine snacks."

Het appartement is vrij donker.

"Net buiten het drukke centrum dus ideaal en lekker rustig. Faciliteiten zoals het zwembad zijn gedateerd, maar waar voor je geld en groot mooi appartement. Bed was lekker groot en lag heerlijk. Fijne badkamer."

Zwembad kan een opfrisser gebruiken. Bijna alle stoelen bij het zwembad zijn kapot.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"We waren ruim een week in Shanghai en vonden het een erg prettig appartement. We hadden inclusief ontbijt, dat was iedere ochtend anders en enorm uitgebreid. Erg vriendelijk personeel dat deels ook redelijk Engels sprak. De locatie is erg prettig, richting de rivier heb je een heleboel authentieke straatjes met winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Aan de andere kant is de beroemde Nanjingstraat. Je loopt in ongeveer 20 minuten naar de Bund."
